Winner analysis:

This race usually goes to a proven grade 1 or 2 winner with a rating of at least 150+. The fav, Buzz has to prove he is capable at this level and 5/4 seems short to me. Last years winner Song For Someone (13/2) is proven here and has a solid profile, whilst Goshen (7/2) also has a solid profile, however I'm not sure I'd be willing to back him! Not a betting heat for me and one I will just happily watch.

Gaelic Warrior (4/1) has been well backed over the last 24 hours due to Rich Ricci’s comments however I would be genuinely concerned about his tendency to jump right, even more so on the old course which is used for the first two days. Il Etait Temps (9/2) has the best EW profile along with Facile Vega (12/1), however the latter looks unlikely to run in this race at present, if he did though I will be backing EW.
