Surprisingly not that many are on the shortlist this year. Guard Your Dreams (25/1) has a solid looking profile but is pretty exposed, but the interesting horse who meets the stats is De Capo Glory (33/1) who has a very capable claimer on and has some good form to his name. I have taken the 33s EW.

Winner analysis:

Previous winner Langer Dan (8/1) has clearly been targeted at this all year and he has an excellent profile for it, and he should be on the premises once again. Brazil (16/1) is another horse with an excellent profile, again his claimer takes a useful 5lbs off and I have backed EW as well. Finally, De Capo Glory meets all the win general stats as well as the EW.
